China Green Agriculture, Inc. (NYSE: CGA) produces and distributes humic acid ("HA") based liquid compound fertilizer through its wholly owned subsidiary, Shaanxi TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid Product Co., Ltd., ("TechTeam").
