Solar Power, Inc (OTC BB: SOPW) Founded in 2005, Solar Power, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, IAS, Ltd. Solar Power Inc. produces specialized solar modules from its Shenzhen factory while marketing, selling, and installing to end customers in the United States.  The Company acquired Dale Renewable Consulting, Inc. (DRCI) in 2006, a leading solar installation and integrator based in Northern California to serve as its platform for corporate installations and ongoing service and maintenance. Sales are facilitated through direct corporate sales, company owned retail locations in Sacramento and indirectly through franchise territories which will be established in multiple states. This three-pronged growth strategy will enable Solar Power to scale quickly, while generating recurring, high margin revenues.  The company began trading under the symbol “SOPW” on the OTCBB in September 2007.
