standpoint but not receiving a market multiple consistent
with the Company’s achievements to date and future
growth prospects.

closely with management to establish an effective and targeted
shareholder campaign, which includes helping the Company
properly package the story while establishing the right
expectations, and utilizing this transparency to introduce
key market participants focused in the small cap arena.
